Co-ordination & Fitness

Modules 3 & 4

This course will educate coaches in the various methods used by ITA to improve all types of Co-ordination and Fitness.   Also the physical development issues that need to be addressed in order to protect and develope players at all ages and at all levels of the game. Students will also be taught many useful fitness drills and will be shown  how these drills and methods can be utilised and, if need be, adapted for use with all ages and all stages of player development.
