Module 7 & 8.
This course will focus on the NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) methods used by ITA in the mental development of the player and will also show how by using a natural and holistic approach to tennis coaching we can free the player of the mental restrictions that limit effective tactical decision making. The course will also cover an introduction to the innovative new RACER system that provides coaches with tools for outlining areas for mental and tactical development.
